Job Summary

The Key Holder supports the management team in achieving store sales and profitability goals and supporting a positive and energetic selling and service culture environment. Assists the management team, ensuring excellent visual merchandising and operational standards. In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, the Key Holder acts in the capacity of the manager on duty.

Keyholder: 15-25 hours a week

Education / Experience Requirements

Education and Experience

2-4 years women’s specialty retail experience, 1+ years in a store supervisory position

Point of sale and general Microsoft office software experience
